  • if you want to purchase any of my projects.

  • so I can let you know if the project is still available and send you a payment request through Paypal if you decide to buy it.

Please be aware

  • of any customs fees, border declarations, etc.. that you may have to pay in your country to receive your packages before you order.

  • I am not responsible for any costs involving tax or other costs once your package leaves the Netherlands.

  • Please Note I do not ship to certain countries so inform before you want to order something.

What is going to happen now


  • Please keep in mind that due to the COVID-19 situation your  shipment can be delayed, either here at the post office and / or at customs depending on which country you live in. 

  • I  will send your purchase from the Gallery within about 3 business days after your payment is received. ( With an exception for the National Holidays then it will take a little longer to send off ) For more info contact me.

  • I'll take much care in wrapping your object in such a way that it will safely arrive at your home.

  • Upon arrival please check if the package and or object is not damaged or otherwise harmed on the way. Please take  pictures if it does so and contact me asap. 

  • All objects are send with from the Netherlands, it is possible you have to sign for it when it will be delivered at your home. PO box only if it contains a sign on delivery check out,  otherwise only your real address is valid for shipping.

  • You can follow your object through the Track & Trace number I will give you by mail when the package is send.

  • I am not responsible for lost packages during shipping.

Delivery Times

  • Usually Packages within Europe are delivered within 1 week and it can take up to 4-6 weeks for rest of the world. Please be aware that these are normal scenario estimates and busy season or bad weather conditions along the route might increase the time.

  • Please contact me if you still haven't received the package within 30 days so that I can file for a postal enquiry.


  • 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOU MAY RETURN IT FOR A REFUND (of the items you bought). Once the purchase arrives at your home, you then have 10 business days to return it on your expense. ( Return option only for European buyers!!!!).

  • Please email me immediately before returning the item (in the same care and condition as it was sent to you), do not open the package if it is destroyed or damaged by the shipping company (picture proof is always handy).

  • Once I receive your returned item I will issue a refund of your purchase price (Not including my shipping cost).

  • The refund will be given as money back through PayPal.
